SW 82 Avenue Roadway Improvements and Traffic Circle Project

The Town is pleased to announce that the much-anticipated SW 82 Avenue Roadway Improvements and Traffic Circle Project is tentatively scheduled to begin construction in January 2024.

On Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., the public is invited to an Information Session offering an overview of the project scope and preliminary timelines. This project will positively impact public safety, enhance pedestrian mobility, improve function and flow transit, traffic calming and mitigate local flooding hazards as well as beautify the neighborhood with streetscape improvements.

The “open house” style session will provide affected homeowners the opportunity to better understand the project and discuss the construction process with the Town’s project Team on a “one‐on‐one” basis.
