Town of Cutler Bay Hosts Successful Realtors Roundtable Discussion
Cutler Bay, FL - March 3, 2025 – The Town of Cutler Bay proudly hosted a successful Realtors Roundtable on February 26, 2025, bringing together local real estate professionals and residents for an engaging and productive discussion. The event, held at Town Hall, was led by Town Manager Rafael Casals and featured a panel of some of Cutler Bay’s top realtors—Nikki Schuler, Laura Derrick, and Fritz Wagor—who shared their expertise on what makes Cutler Bay a desirable place to live and work.
The roundtable provided a valuable platform for real estate professionals to discuss the unique features that attract homebuyers to Cutler Bay, including the Town’s strong sense of community, excellent schools, and high quality of life. The discussion also focused on areas where the Town can continue to improve and enhance its appeal.
The event saw great audience participation, with residents actively engaging in the discussion and sharing their perspectives on the local housing market. In addition to real estate professionals, the roundtable welcomed other resident realtors and representatives from local financial institutions, further enriching the conversation with diverse insights.
Among the notable attendees was Miami-Dade County School Board Member Luisa Santos, who joined the discussion to share her perspective on how quality education in the area contributes to Cutler Bay’s attractiveness to homebuyers.
