Description: Amendment of Future Land Use Plan to allow age-restricted residential uses at the Lakes by the Bay Mixed-Use Site, an amendment to the Land Development Regulations to provide standards for mixed-use residential development in the NC-2, Neighborhood Center Zoning District, an amendment of Restrictive Covenant to allow residential development on the parcel, and Site Plan approval to allow an age-restricted mixed-use project on the property.
Worshop Timeline: The Zoning Workshop will consist of two sessions beginning at 6:00 PM
First Session (6:00-6:30 PM), lasting 30 minutes provides a forum for members of the public to learn about the proposed development project within the Town. During this session, the public is encouraged to ask questions and to provide feedback to the applicant about the proposed development.
Second Session (6:30 PM), immediately following the first session, provides a forum for the Town Council to learn about the proposed development project discussed during the first session. During this session the applicant will be available to answer any questions posed by the Town Council about the proposed development.
