Active Adults | Walk With Ease (Indoors)

Join your Active Adults friends for an interactive walking program led by Kathy Simpson at Southland Mall. Walk With Ease is a simple exercise program that promotes health and balance. Classes will be held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
Attendees will meet in front of the movie theater.
No experience is needed and light refreshments will be provided.
