Active Adults | Music Series

Join your Active Adults friends* for an interactive music program called GenBeats. This is a drum circle specifically designed to decompress, relax and recharge. Attendees will enjoy the following activities: Breathing techniques, mindfulness training, musical lessons, and guided meditation.
