Southland Mall Sold—A Message from the Mayor

On April 29, 2022, Southland Mall was sold to Electra America and BH Group, a Miami-based private real estate investment and development firm, for $100.35 million.

The new owners are planning for a mixed-use redevelopment of the 80-acre site with commercial and residential components.
