GO Bond Election Information

On March 2, 2022, all registered voters in Cutler Bay were mailed an election ballot by Miami-Dade County Elections Department to vote and decide if a General Obligation Bond (GO Bond) for up to $37 Million will fund the construction of a Park, Community Center and Town Hall on the 16 acres of vacant land located in the heart of our Town (east of Old Cutler Road and north of SW 212 Street).

The vision for this potential project is to create a central recreational and gathering green space residents of all ages can enjoy. There are no definite plans on what the site will look like but, if voters approve the GO Bond, there will be a series of public involvement meetings over the next year to decide the final design for the land. Learn more about this potential project here.

Voters must mail their ballots with enough time so they are received by Miami-Dade County Elections Department by 7 PM on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Ballots may also be submitted in-person by that date at 2700 NW 87 Avenue, Miami, FL 33172, Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

For any questions regarding elections and your ballot, please call 305-499-VOTE (8683).
