Parks Facility Rental Request Form
To allow time for processing, reservation requests must be submitted a week in advance prior to the scheduled event to the Parks and Recreation Department. Completing this form is not a confirmation of your reservation.
Once availability is confirmed and full payment is made for the reservation, Town staff will provide you with a reservation confirmation email.

* For field rentals, please contact Kameron Shannon, (786) 682-2412 or Alan Hughes, (786) 205-5516. Field reservations must be made at minimum 48 hours in advance prior to the reservation to ensure all documentation and payment is processed and approved.
† Security deposit fee is $100. Security Deposit will be refunded after the rental date, if the rented site is returned in the same condition (no damages).
§ As of March 2022, weekend event reservations at the pool are not available. We will update this page once we reopen reservations for weekend events at the pool.

As of January 10, 2023, Town of Cutler Bay will assess a non-refundable 3% processing fee on all card transactions. The Town will continue to accept payments by checks and money orders, which are not subject to this fee.
