Active Adults | Stretch Clinic

Join your Active Adults friends and neighbors for an interactive stretch clinic provided by Hand & Stone Massage and their team. They will provide an informative presentation on simple stretches that may be done at home to decrease muscle tension and improve overall mobility. In addition to these resources, they will be providing complimentary chair massages to adults in attendance.
RSVP is required, and class is limitted to the first 25 registrants.
