Development Community Conversation

Miami-Dade County and Terra are inviting you to a special community dialogue regarding the proposed redevelopment of approximately 10 acres at the South Dade Government Center property. This is an opportunity to directly share your thoughts and feedback with both the County and the project developer. The proposed project will require approval by the Board of County Commissioners and staff. Together, through collaborative discussion and community input, we can enhance both the residential community and park spaces.
