ABOUT CUTLER BAY'S GOVERNMENT
Did you know our Town is governed by a five-member Town Council and operates under the Council-Manager form of government? The Town Council determines policy, adopts the annual budget, serves as the Local Planning Agency and makes laws for Cutler Bay. The Town Council meets the third Wednesday of each month at 6 PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers.
Town Council elections are non-partisan and three Council Members are elected to represent specific residential areas (Seats 1, 2 & 3) and must reside in their respective area. The Vice Mayor and the Mayor may reside anywhere in the Town.
