Upcoming Changes to our Community Development Department

We're working on making improvements in our Community Development Department, which includes our Building Division, Code Compliance Division and Planning and Zoning Division.

Watch this brief video from our Community Development Director, Jared Munster, to learn about the improvements that are coming in the future, which include:

  • Greater efficiency in costs for services provided
  • New, clearer forms
  • New software, electronic plan processing and online payments
  • Additional Code Compliance Officer (already in place)

The Town has also contracted a new Building Department provider and will be closed on Tuesday, May 31, in order to transition between providers.
