South Dade Health & Wellness Fair
Monday, June 21, 2021 - 9:00am to 4:00pm
In partnership with the South Dade Chamber of Commerce, Miami-Dade County, and Fortis College, we are hosting a FREE community health and wellness fair. All health screenings and COVID-19 vaccinations at the event will be FREE!
The following health screenings will be available, some of them will require appointments—as indicated below:

NO Appointment Required
- Blood Pressure
- Oxygen Level
- Pulse
- Temperature Screening
COVID-19 Vaccinations
Through Miami-Dade County Mayor Levine Cava’s office, the fair will also offer Free COVID-19 Vaccinations, no appointment necessary.
