This March, Cutler Bay voters will have the opportunity to vote on a General Obligation Bond (GO Bond) that could fund the construction of the Legacy Park and Municipal Complex on the 16 acres of vacant land located in the heart of our community (along Old Cutler Road and SW 212 Street).

The vision for this parcel is to transform it into a central gathering place for our community—with a park, community center, municipal complex and other recreational features residents can enjoy.

The purpose of this Public Involvement Meeting is to discuss the project, explain what a GO Bond is, go over details about the Special Mail-in Election, and so much more.

Residents are encouraged to join us to provide their feedback, ask questions , and to connect with fellow Cutler Bay residents.

Please note this meeting has changed location and will now take place in person in the Recreation Room at Cutler Ridge Park (10100 SW 200 Street, Cutler Bay, FL 33189).
