June 2nd 2014- Strategic Master Plan Update Invitation
Just in case you missed the community meetings, you may still provide your input for the update of the Towns Strategic Master Plan.

What is a Strategic Master Plan?  A document used to communicate an organizations goals, the actions needed to achieve those goals and all of the other critical elements developed during the planning exercise.

Why is the Town updating it?  A strategic plan is a living work in progress.  The plan contains an extended vision and goals that prioritize and give clear direction to this community.  The ultimate objective will be to develop a written plan that will include specific achievement areas, goals, timeliness and milestones over a five year period.  We need your input to ensure that the Town continues to implement projects and activities that will serve to fulfill the Towns mission.

For additional information or if you have any questions, please contact Town Manager Rafael Casals at RCasals@cutlerbay-fl.gov  or at 305-234-4262.  Please see attached for further information and meeting dates.
