Effective May 2, 2018, the Town will be switching to a new applicant tracking system, NEOGOV, which is the nation’s largest provider of cloud-based talent management software for the public sector. New applicants will notice a quicker, more user-friendly system that has a sleeker, more modern look and feel that represents the Town's commitment to innovation.

All openings created prior to May 2, 2018 will run in the Town's old system until closed. Applicants will  need to create an account with NEOGOV to apply for a position with the Town, but can do so using their resume/LinkedIn profile importing tool. Applicants with NEOGOV accounts can subscribe to job alerts within the new system as well - making applying for the latest job posts quicker and more efficient.

Applicants must complete all requirements established by the Town of Cutler Bay for employment, which include but are not limited to successfully completing a prescribed drug and or alcohol test. In addition, a physical exam, a complete background investigation including, but not limited to a verification of prior employment, criminal records check, personal credit review and vehicle driving record will be conducted.
